AtStats contains the most up-to-date Census information, transformed into easy-to-read maps allowing comparisons across specific geographical areas from 1990 to 2000 to 2010. By using the menus above, you can access population, age, gender, ethnicity, income and household information for an area as large as the entire United States or as small as your neighborhood.

With the ability to dynamically generate maps, AtStats is a important tool for both high-level planners and interested citizens. On this site, you can:
  • Access Census data for your neighborhood, and then compare its growth since 1990.
  • Compare Georgia's growth since 1990 to the rest of the nation. (Georgia was the 5th fastest growing state in the 1990s).
  • Get the latest Census information for the 10-county Atlanta region, including population and ethnicity for every city and Census Designated Place in the region.
  • Develop your own map displaying whatever data you wish, then copy and paste it into a presentation.
